Scores and results will be generated by the ASSA Hytek Program.

Top six (6) places - 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 points - when hosted in a 6 lane pool.

Points will be awarded as follows:

Awards:

The top three male and top three female swimmers belonging to each ASSA age group who accumulated the most points based on their individual event swims shall receive a Gold (1st Place), Silver (2nd Place) and Bronze (3rd Place) Medals.

 


 

Warm Up Information:

Seeding:

Events will be seeded slowest to fastest heats. Swimmers with no time will be randomly seeded in the slowest heats.


 

Coaches Meeting:

The coaches meeting will be held in the Party Room, Friday at 5:15 pm and Saturday 7:00 am.

 

A coach from each team must be present at the coaches meeting regardless of their warm up time.

Heat Sheets are subject to change.  Current heat sheets will be posted at the pool the day of the meet.

Meet Mobile, barring technical or connectivity issues, will be utilized.


 

Misc.:

An outdoor park will be available for the swimmers as a day area. There is not sufficient space in the pool to accomodate all swimmers. Please come prepared to to spend the day outside. It is recommended you bring your own tent and sun protection. 

Please ensure your area is kept clean and your swimmers are supervised.

Over night camping may be permitted near the Aquatic Centre. Once approval is confirmed a map showing those areas where camping is permitted will be uploaded to the Innisfail Dolphins web site or can be forwarded to your club email.

 

Pizza by the slice and freezies will be sold.  Cash only payment.

There will be a 50/50 ticket for sale.

There are several restaurants, fast food establishments and convenience stores located close to the pool

Officials will be required.

You can also contact our officials coordinator Carley Hague with names of those who are signing up for officials roles. 

The Officials Meeting will be held in the Party Room.  Friday, June 29 at 5:45 PM and Saturday, June 30 at 7:45 a.m.

There will be no designated lunch break.  Afternoon officials will have lunch then take over from the morning officials.  Morning officials are welcome to have lunch once their replacement arrives.  An announcement will be made to alert afternoon officials that lunch is ready.
