View Event Listing (Everyone)
Obtain a list of events that are currently offered by the ASSA. Many new events were added for the 2010 season.

View Meet Schedule (Everyone)
Obtain a list of meets planned for the current year and those completed to date. For each swim meet, you can obtain more detailed information about the meet including events to be swam, the pool location and the meet manager. For completed swim meets, there is a link to the detailed results for each swim.

Add/Edit a Swim Meet to the Meet Schedule Page (Meet Managers)
Add new meets by clicking on the picture. New meets should be added when you have the date confirmed. This will put the meet on the schedule - additional information can be added later. This function also allows you to edit meets to change information on location, date, meet manager, swimming events, etc.

Request Sanction Number (Meet Managers)
Once a meet has been added with details about location, dates, events, meet manager and referee, request a Sanction number. The ASSA administration office will set up a Sanction number upon receiving your request.

Prepare and Submit Swim Meet Entries (Coaches)
Prepare individual and relay meet entries for any meet identified in the schedule. Upon completion, the meet meet manager will be notified that you have completed an entry form.t.

Download Meet Entry Files (Meet Computer Operator)
Download two meet entry files (one for individual events and one for relay events) for your meet. Each file will contain entries from all clubs who submitted entry forms.

Upload Meet Results (Meet Computer Operator)
Upon completion of a meet, submit your Hy-Tek meet results using this function. Meet results will be loaded directly into the ASSA database and be available for viewing as soon as you have completed the submission.
