New feature starting in 2010
New functionality added to email entry files.
You can now have a single entry file emailed to you to prepare for a
meet rather than being emailed an entry file everytime a club adds or changes
meet entries. Each meet is set up with a 'cutoff' time. Clubs must submit
entry files before this time and the hosting club can obtain a single entry
file with all clubs entries as soon as the 'cutoff' time has passed.
This feature has been implemented to help ensure meet entries are not missed.
