Swim Club Season Reports and Certificates:

Please inform club personnel that make Season Certificates about the existance of this webpage.

Audrey DeWit from Peace River has submitted a very useful Microsoft Word Document Template to ASSA. This document can be Merged with the club Season Report data available from the ASSA Results Database to make a third document containing printable Season Certificates for all your club members.

Complete instructions and the document templates you will require are available for download at: http://www.assa.ca/database/template/. Right click the files and select Save-Target-As or equivalent to save the files to your computer.

The posted instructions have only been tested using Microsoft Office 97, Office 2000 and Office 2000. Office XP instructions will be posted when available. No other platforms are currently supported.

Please be aware that creating Season Certificates using the method described above is somewhat complex and may not be a job for the computer novice.
